Magnet Mindset ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website magnetmindset.com and provides email-based content, digital products, and online courses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

Information We Collect

  • Email address — when you subscribe to our free guide or email list via an opt-in form.
  • First name — optionally provided when subscribing, used to personalise emails.
  • Purchase information — if you buy a product, we collect billing details as required to complete the transaction. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.
  • Usage data — aggregate, anonymous statistics (pages visited, referral source, country) collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors.
  • Behavioural analytics — only if you accept our cookie notice, we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised heatmaps and session replays (how pages are scrolled and clicked) so we can improve the site. Clarity sets cookies and is loaded only after you consent. It masks keyboard input by default, and we do not use it to identify you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the free guide and any digital products you have requested or purchased.
  • Send our weekly email newsletter and related content (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Personalise email communications using your first name.

Cookies

We only set an analytics cookie with your permission. When you first visit, a cookie notice asks whether we may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set unless you click Accept; if you decline, Clarity never runs. Our other analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not profile visitors.

Third parties may set cookies when you interact with their services through our site — for example, when you complete a purchase through Stripe's checkout or subscribe through a Kit form. Those cookies are governed by the privacy policies linked above. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

We retain your email address and name for as long as you remain subscribed to our list. When you unsubscribe, your contact record is archived or deleted within 30 days. Purchase records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

Magnet Mindset is operated from Hungary. Our third-party service providers (Kit, Stripe, Google) are based in the United States and process data there. By using our services, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
